The “4 Season Pest Free Zone Program” is the most comprehensive service available. Under this program, your home will be protected from roaches, food-infesting insects, silverfish, firebrats, centipedes, millipedes, ground beetles, sow bugs, pill bugs, earwigs, crickets, clo-vermites, bees, wasps, springtails, mice, rats, pavement ants, and unlike our competitors, this plan includes CARPENTER ANTS!! (Excludes wood-destroying insects, flying insects, bedbugs, fleas, pharaoh ants, and animals. Ladder work over 20′. Infestations outside 10′ perimeter of foundation. Mailbox and play set area included). This service is performed quarterly.

QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL PROGRAMS
This valuable program is the traditional standard program that successfully controls many common pests. Inside, cracks and crevices where insects live will be treated throughout all rooms, including the garage and basement. The Outside perimeter is treated along the foundation ground line with lower-level windows and door frames and where pipes and vents protrude out from foundations (i.e., water lines, drier vents, etc.). Services are performed Quarterly. This service is for condos, apartments, and townhomes.
MOSQUITO TREATMENT
Capitol Exterminating System has developed our “Barrier Treatment” program to help protect you and your family. This valuable program will greatly reduce the Adult population of mosquitoes in the treated area. This service is performed when the temperature reaches 50 degrees at night. Generally, this is from April through October.
TICK CONTROL PROGRAM
This valuable service consists of three treatments per year. Treatments are performed in spring, summer, and fall. Areas prone to tick infestation are treated, i.e., grass areas, high weed areas, along foundations, rock walls, railroad ties, etc., UNLIKE LAWN CARE COMPANIES TREATMENTS for ticks, our treatments are designed to target all types of ticks. If inside treatment is required, there will be no extra charge. LAWN CARE COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO TREAT THE INSIDE OF YOUR HOME!!!
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (IPM)
The IPM program uses monitoring stations, glue boards, bait stations, exclusion methods, mechanical alterations, and, at times, pesticides to control insect populations. This program concentrates on nonchemical methods and is used in schools, offices, and for customers who are concerned about pesticides. Call for details.
TERMITE MONITORING PROGRAM
Termite monitors are inserted into the soil along the perimeter of the foundation and inspected regularly to indicate whether termites are present. If activity is found, proper control measures (soil treatment, wood treatment, baiting) can be performed. Call for details.
RODENT & ANIMAL CONTROL
